The National 1 League has launched a dedicated mobile app to provide a robust matchday experience and season-long benefits to all participants. Its features include live streaming integrations, digital ID checks, lineup management, match feeds, referee operations, and more. And, perhaps, best of all, the N1 App is free for everyone – leagues, clubs, teams, coaches, administrators, parents and players.

Matchday Experience
The new N1 App provides a robust digital match day experience with features including:
- Digital IDs for players and team staff
- Digital game day rosters and roster setting capabilities
- Integrated match reporting with GotSport
Parent & Fan Engagement
No matter where you are in the world, you can follow any team(s) in the N1 App. That means family and friends can stay up-to-the-minute on games, schedules, standings, and more. Family members and friends from afar are able to use the communications tools during matches, which have similar capabilities as social media platforms, to cheer on their N1 athletes. If a team connects a live streaming platform to a game, they’ll also be able to watch within the app and see clips, as team administrators record goals and highlights that populate within the match day feed. Teams and clubs are able to:
- Live report all the action from any game including, goals, assists, subs, cards, etc. Every live report sends a notification to anyone following the match and keeps everyone up to date on all the action.
- Live stream the game from a Veo camera or even a cell phone. There are step-by-step instructions within the app for connecting a device.
- Similar to social media feeds, followers can interact with in the match feed with comments, videos and pictures.
Integrated with Existing Tech
Built by acclaimed developer Sportswik, the N1 App is already integrated with GotSport, meaning the existing technology you already use now goes further. Coaches and team managers will create their N1 App accounts using the same email address they use for GotSport, and as a result, they’re automatically connected to the same team roles and permissions they have in GotSport. Within the N1 App, coaches and managers can manage:
- Schedules and standings
- Scores and game reporting
- Game chats and communication features
Privacy is a Priority
The N1 App has built-in safety features, like AI monitoring, for clubs, teams and individuals. Additionally, clubs, teams and parents have access to privacy controls, including:
- Teams can disable pictures and videos for their games.
- Parents can enable child settings, like hiding any photos and names of their children.
- All content is moderated for safety and can be removed at any time by administrators.
- There are reporting mechanisms for content.
- The app is COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) compliant; children under 13 years old cannot create an account without appointing a guardian and receiving approval to proceed.
Sponsorship Possibilities
The N1 App opens up potential revenue streams for clubs and teams to sell ad space on their customizable media sites. Sponsorship assistance and instructions will be provided and linked here soon. By introducing sponsorship opportunities directly to clubs and teams, the National 1 League aims to provide ways for clubs and teams to earn revenue and, in turn, subsidize costs for participants.
